Collaboration

In TP-Cloud it is possible to build processes together and in teams. The same sharing model applies to fluids.

Sharing

To share your process, press the symbol of a person with a plus in the top-right corner right above the process.

A dialog will then appear, where you can assign roles to persons or teams.

Roles

There are four roles:

• Viewer: Can only view a process and its results, not change any input parameters or perform new calculations.
• Editor: Can change, modify and build the process.
• Co-owner: Has full access except transferring ownership and deleting.
• Owner: Has full access. This is whoever created the process, until ownership is transferred.

Teams

A team lets you share with a group of colleagues instead of naming each person. Open Teams from the menu under your initials in the top-right corner.

A team has two roles of its own:

• Member: Can participate in team activities.
• Admin: Can manage team members.

Sharing something with a team gives every member the role you chose in the share dialog.

Editing at the same time

In the current version of TP-Cloud, only one person can edit a process at a time. While editing, the process can be viewed but not modified by other members. If a process is locked because it is edited by a second user, the first user can send a request to take over responsibility for editing the process.
