Cycle stream

Logical unit operation for closing a cycle. For open cycles (where the fluid originates from an Input stream), use a Recycle instead.

Inputs

Fluid package: Fluid package used for the recirculated stream.
Temperature (init. value): Initial temperature guess for the recycle loop.
Pressure (init. value): Initial pressure guess for the recycle loop.
Flow Rate: Initial flow rate supplied to the solver.

Outputs

The solved stream, that has been updated by the solver to satisfy the specifications in the cycle.

Pipeline

Model pressure drop, heat exchange, and elevation change along a pipe.

Recycle

Logical unit to connect a downstream stream back upstream with user-supplied initial guesses. If the input stream does not originate from an Input stream, use Cycle stream unit instead.
